Har Ki Pauri

Har Ki Pauri Haridwar is a religious site located in Main Point of Haridwar, known for Morning and Evening Ganga Aarti and Brahma Kund, where it is said that bathing in Ganga at Har Ki Pauri Ghat washes away sins of a person. The place is famous for worship of Maa Gange, and mesmerizing evening Ganga Aarti. 

It is located about 1.5 Kms from Railway Station of Haridwar and can be reached by taking Battery Rikshaw to near the Har Ki Pauri Chowk. The place is filled with many devotees throughout the year, the food Dhabas and Restaurant are available with variety of Vegetarian Food with good prices. 

While coming to Haridwar, this is must visit place, here you can walk through the Ghats, Market and sit beside the river on Ghat for a while, which clears your mind and give peace. 

The Timings of Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri changes as per the day schedule of Sun Rise and Sun Set.

The Famous Ganga Aarti timing is about 5:30PM in Winter Season and about 7:00PM during Summer Season, you can reach the place about 2 hours before the Ganga Aarti starts, because after that you won't be getting a good seat for sitting.
