Corbett Museum

Corbett Museum was the residence of former British Hunter Jim Corbett after whom the Park named was. So you can visit this place and see the many amazing things at Museum. It is located around 30 Km from the Corbett City.

The time to visit Corbett museum is morning 8 to evening 5pm and the entry fees is 10 rupees for Indian and 50 Rupees for Foreign nationals.

Garjiya Devi Temple

Garjiya Devi temple is one of the pilgrimage of Hindu religion you can pay tribute at this temple while visit the Corbett National Park. It is also one of the best places to visit in Corbett. Durga Devi Jeep Safari

Durga Devi zone is located approx. 30 Km from Ramnagar and then you can take local conveyance to reach here and start your Jeep and Elephant Safari to the wildlife. This is a hill safari so prepare yourself accordingly also birdwatching is one of the best things to do here.

Sitabani

Sitabani is managed by Archeological Survey of India and not fully part of the Corbett National Park. It is a reserve area for different species of Birds, Bengal tiger and other wild animals. Hanuman Dham

You can visit the Corbett National Park throughout the year but during Monsoon due to heavy rain fall the jungle safari closed because of full water river in the Park. So avoid during monsoon else you can visit the Corbett National Park.

The best time we can say is April to June and Sept and Oct.

How to Reach Corbett National Park

By Air:- The Nearest Airport to Corbett National is Pantnagar Airport located at the distance of 83 Km but there are not so many regular flights from Delhi or other place. So it’s better to take trains or cab.

By Rail:- The nearest Railway Station is Ramnagar Railway Station which is located near the Corbett National park areas. So it is one of the best and cheap options to reach Corbett. Ramnagar Railway Station is connected with Haridwar, Dehradun and Delhi Railway Stations.

By Road: – Well, Corbett is well connected with Roads transport and you can easily drive here because it’s not hill area.  As well as there are public transport buses available from Delhi and Haridwar to Reach Corbett.
